| Corporations, LLCs, and registered Limited Partnerships doing business in Delaware must continuously maintain a Registered Agent with a physical Delaware street address (a PO Box alone does not qualify). The agent may be an individual resident of Delaware or an entity authorized to do business in Delaware, must be available at that address during normal business hours to accept service of process, and receives official state notices on the entity's behalf.
